2016年、第１１回サイバーフォーミュラGPSが開催された。前年度チャンピオンのハヤトは、続々と投入されるライバルのニューマシンやチャンピオンであることのプレッシャーでなかなか調子が出せず荒れていたが、周囲の支えや持ち前の闘志で這い上がり、どうにか調子を取り戻す。 しかし菅生修ことシューマッハが突然アオイZIPから復帰し、サイバーフォーミュラで走るすべてのドライバーに挑戦状を叩きつけたことから事態は一変。明らかに敵としてシューマッハがハヤトの前に立ちはだかる。しかもかつて父と共にアスラーダを開発したマシンデザイナー、クレア・フォートランが心強い仲間として登場する一方で、存在意義を見失ったみきはチームから離脱。 不協和音がスゴウを覆うなか、ハヤトは二年連続の世界チャンピオン、ダブルワンの栄光を手にすることができるのだろうか。
